Tim from ShowerFix West Auckland was a pleasure to deal with. He installed a brand new Shower for us in May 2026. He managed to call in on the day I spoke to him and did a pre-inspection of the site giving us some sound advice in regards to the final preparation of the area etc. Tim end. ed up installing a Steam Stopper as well which is similar to a Showerdome. Excellent Trades person would highly recommend Tim.

Tim was great. He was professional, respectful of my home, friendly and on time. He explained what he was doing and the finished job on my shower was awesome. Highly recommend Tim for all your shower repairs.

I made contact with Tim (ShowerFix West Auckland) through the website. Tim replied promptly and we soon were discussing the problems I had been and was having with my shower. Along with his knowledge and experience, Tim soon followed up to undertake the installation of a new shower head unit, plus other repairs to the seals for the shower door, and for the two fixed glass panels. Tim and ShowerFix are exactly what you are looking for if you need a new shower or a repair. This Is a job I put off for years fearing the worst and then I had the pleasure of contracting Tim. Right from quoting to finished job I experienced professionalism, integrity and a demonstration of knowledge that I didn’t deem possible in today’s world not to mention a level of care for my property in general which was hugely appreciated. To put it succinctly if your reading this Tim is the epitome of all the traits you would want in a tradesman but he was so trusted and welcome in my home it was like having your favourite brother over for a working holiday. It may just be my opinion but if you want the best then you’ve found him so I suggest before everyone realises this you grab a spot on Tim’s very busy list … very busy because he is THAT GOOD. My only regret is that I can’t hire Tim for more work outside of showers as he has knowledge and skills way beyond those needed to fit a shower but if you want the job done properly by a true professional who takes pride in his work then you’ve found him. 5 stars does not do justice to Tim and this family business who I would not hesitate to hire again should the need arise, but I’ll be recommending them to all when opportunities arise. Once again Tim thank you publicly for all you have done.
