Doug was fantastic! My flatmates and I were having drainage issues in our bathroom, with problems in both the shower and the basin. Doug came by to help fix it, and his kindness truly made our day. Not only did he have all the answers, but the quality of his work was excellent too. He was also funny and just a genuinely great guy, and even though the job itself was messy, he made a real effort to keep everything clean throughout. Couldn't recommend him more!

We had a water leak at our home a few days ago, and by the time we found it, it was already late in the evening. Our usual plumber was out of town, so in a panic I searched online and came across Des. I honestly can’t thank him enough. Even though I wasn’t an existing customer, he showed genuine care and empathy. He quickly arranged for one of his plumbers to come out after hours and fix the leak, allowing us to at least use our other bathroom until the full repairs could be completed. Des went above and beyond when he didn’t have to, and that level of customer service is hard to find these days. Tim from ShowerFix West Auckland was a pleasure to deal with. He installed a brand new Shower for us in May 2026. He managed to call in on the day I spoke to him and did a pre-inspection of the site giving us some sound advice in regards to the final preparation of the area etc. Tim end. ed up installing a Steam Stopper as well which is similar to a Showerdome.
