Tim from ShowerFix West Auckland was a pleasure to deal with. He installed a brand new Shower for us in May 2026. He managed to call in on the day I spoke to him and did a pre-inspection of the site giving us some sound advice in regards to the final preparation of the area etc. Tim end. ed up installing a Steam Stopper as well which is similar to a Showerdome. Excellent Trades person would highly recommend Tim.

Outstanding service—Dan truly went above and beyond for us. Our shower door pivots needed replacing, but they were non-standard and unavailable in New Zealand. The only option we had were facing was to replace the entire door at a significantly higher cost. Dan took the initiative to contact the original builder of our home to track down the shower supplier. Thanks to his persistence and dedication, he was able to source the exact parts from overseas, saving us considerable expense and hassle. We’re extremely grateful for his efforts and couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommended.

Had some issues with my liner coming off the wall and had the original shower installer trying to fix it unsuccessfully. Wayne sent Callum and everything was sorted within a day with a new liner. Would even go as far as to say that he did a better job than the original shower installer

Showerfix did an excellent job replacing our shower doors and frame, very happy with the quality of workmanship. Only feedback would be around communication. The team arrived much later than expected and the follow-up on payment felt a bit rushed, even though the invoice wasn’t due yet. Overall though, a great result and I’d still recommend them!

I made contact with Tim (ShowerFix West Auckland) through the website. Tim replied promptly and we soon were discussing the problems I had been and was having with my shower. Along with his knowledge and experience, Tim soon followed up to undertake the installation of a new shower head unit, plus other repairs to the seals for the shower door, and for the two fixed glass panels. Glen replaced our small angled acrylic shower with a larger curved door acrylic shower, he cut the existing floor tiles to suit and did a great job. He and his plumber replaced it in a day and he was considerably cheaper than other quotes we received. He changed our ensuite shower a couple of years ago, he works very hard, subsequently we knew he has limited time for emails, admin etc. If I had any more showers to replace, I'd use him again. Recommended.

Headed by Glen and ably supported by Callum, this pair managed two complete shower replacements and upgrades in two days; an amazing single day per job. Came the next day to repair one glass shower door coming away from top hinge in ensuite (potential safety hazard!), and door in second bathroom shower catching on closure. Glen was very polite, clearly explained what was required to fix, and ensure safety. Did work in thoroughly tidy and professional way.
