Headed by Glen and ably supported by Callum, this pair managed two complete shower replacements and upgrades in two days; an amazing single day per job. Came the next day to repair one glass shower door coming away from top hinge in ensuite (potential safety hazard!), and door in second bathroom shower catching on closure. Glen was very polite, clearly explained what was required to fix, and ensure safety. Did work in thoroughly tidy and professional way. The shower at our rental property required replacement. We spoke to a few different providers but found that Daniel at ShowerFix (South) approach to the job seemed the best suited to our needs, as was his price. The process went very smoothly. Tim and ShowerFix are exactly what you are looking for if you need a new shower or a repair. This Is a job I put off for years fearing the worst and then I had the pleasure of contracting Tim. Right from quoting to finished job I experienced professionalism, integrity and a demonstration of knowledge that I didn’t deem possible in today’s world not to mention a level of care for my property in general which was hugely appreciated. To put it succinctly if your reading this Tim is the epitome of all the traits you would want in a tradesman but he was so trusted and welcome in my home it was like having your favourite brother over for a working holiday. It may just be my opinion but if you want the best then you’ve found him so I suggest before everyone realises this you grab a spot on Tim’s very busy list … very busy because he is THAT GOOD. My only regret is that I can’t hire Tim for more work outside of showers as he has knowledge and skills way beyond those needed to fit a shower but if you want the job done properly by a true professional who takes pride in his work then you’ve found him. 5 stars does not do justice to Tim and this family business who I would not hesitate to hire again should the need arise, but I’ll be recommending them to all when opportunities arise. Once again Tim thank you publicly for all you have done.

Contacted Shower Fix to deal with the developing crack in our shower basin. Wayne came over and gave a quick assessment and gave a fairly comprehensive explanation on the trade-offs between quick fix vs. full replacement. Their full replacement was quoted to be much more affordable than others, as it was explained quick fix may not remedy the underlying issue. Callum arrived some days later and he did an absolutely fantastic job, the newer basin is much more sturdy than the old one while the new liner being exactly identical to the previous one that we liked. The glass door was kept as-is and Callum actually put it back better than before as it is now properly balanced so that the door doesn't slam itself back shut. Absolutely stellar job, and we are glad we did the replacement as the underside of the old shower basin was completely rotten as it was backed by plywood under the acrylic, while the new one that was installed is strengthened with fiberglass on the underside so it can't rot like plywood.
