Des & Cesar did a great job replacing my shower after a crack in the shower base occurred. Their workmanship was precise and they took their time to get everything perfect. Des (the boss) came to site frequently and was on the tools. The shower was not the simplest, and they came up with smart solutions to ensure a tidy replacement. They were also a really lovely team to work with; friendly and honest. They restored my faith in tradies, and I'd not hesitate to get Des back for any bathroom reno in the future.

After searching and calling several shower installers without any satisfaction, I came across Daniel at Shower Fix South Auckland. He came within a couple of hours and gave me a quote and a start date. Now I have my old shower removed and the new one installed. Glen at ShowerFix was recommended to me by Annabelle from Diamond Fusion after she assessed that the old shower glass walls were beyond repair by using her product. Glen came to inspect and gave me a quote on the spot to replace the old shower glass walls and the lining. My shower base was a base that had been discontinued but Glen took the measurements and undertook to see if he could find matching new shower walls that could be fitted to the old base. He successfully found matching components which saved me replacing the base, which saved me the cost of a new base. Material was ordered, without a deposit from me and the day after the material was received he proposed two installation dates the following week. Glen from the way he got on with the job, is obviously very experienced tradesman and the installation proceeded without a hitch. I recommend Glen without hesitation, he worked efficiently and completed the project on schedule, he took due care with our newly installed laminate flooring. Our glass-walled shower had not been maintained well by the previous occupants and needed some remedial work. I found Glen by Googling and asked him to have a look at the shower with a view to fixing it. As he examined the shower, figured out what was wrong and how to fix it, it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. He provided an estimate, which we accepted, and completed the repairs in two visits. (Some silicone needed to dry between visits.) Glen was great to deal with, showed up when he said he would and took great care in effecting the repairs. We have no hesitation in recommending Glen if you need some work done on a shower.

I was looking for shower installation and using Google searches a list of businesses came up, I selected Glen for no particular reason and I believe I was lucky to get in contact with him. Besides Glen’s excellent service, he truly took the service into a new level. It turned that one of the shower’s frames was not the right size, he happily took it back to Bunnings - got the correct one and returned the wrong frame back to Bunnings-using his van in order to get the job done as scheduled. The final installation is perfect with an A+++ ! I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a decent and affordable showers related experience.
